King and Dufferin is a new residential condominium development currently in pre-construction at 1182 King Street West and 1221 King Street West in Toronto, Ontario by Lifetime Developments.  This project consists of two proposed buildings of 19 and 21 storeys designed by CORE Architects with a total of 749 dwelling units. 

King and Dufferin Condos is located in "an area where the rapidly growing Liberty Village community transitions in Parkdale".  The 21 storey building will be 73 metres in height with 448 units and retail at grade level located at 1182 King Street West.  The 19 storey building will be 67 metres in height with 301 units and retail at grade level located at 1221 King Street West.  Total proposed units for both buildings is 749 of which 580 or 78 % will be one-bedroom units, 89 or 12% will be two-bedroom units and 80 or 10% will be three-bedroom units.  Total residential gross floor area is 50,843 square metres and total retail gross floor are is 5,347 square metres.  These two building will be located on opposite sides of each other and both of them will have a six-storey podium.  The 21 storey building is located on the northeast side of Dufferin and King while the 19 storey building is located on the southwest side of Dufferin and King in Toronto.  Each of these buildings will have three proposed levels of underground parking with a total of 577 vehicular parking spaces.

The 21 storey building will have 461.9 square metres of proposed indoor amenity space and 514.1 square metres of proposed outdoor amenity space.  The 19 storey building will have 510.50 square metres of proposed indoor amenity spaces and 567.1 square metres of proposed outdoor amenity space.  The King & Dufferin Condos is located within minutes to the Canadian National Exhibition.   The Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament, the Ricoh Coliseum, Ontario Place, the Fort York National Historic Site and the Toronto Islands are all located close to this new residential project by Lifetime Developments.  There is accessible public transportation and the Gardiner Expressway and the 400 acres High Park are both situated nearby the site.

Lifetime Developments is also developing Panda Condos which is at the intersection of Yonge & Dundas where the World's Biggest Bookstore site used to be.
